I was tasked with building a media library that we could use across all verticals, for a limited budget, that would produce returns.
A majority of the company’s media assets came from influencer collaborations. But that content didn’t always serve our specific goals. I lead the initiative on building an internal library of high-quality still and video content that could be used across all departments and verticals. And I had to do it with a focus on ROI.








Most of the video shoots that I directed and produced got folded into paid ad content. Often mixed in with influencer content. That way we had the authenticity of actual mattress users and the dynamic video to illustrate the high quality of the product.
